Advisory Board

The Executive Advisory Board guides Health Careers Futures' (HCF) strategic direction and advances its mission of aligning the supply and demand for regional healthcare workers. Board members are drawn from the healthcare workforce and industry sectors as well as regional non-profits and training providers.

Our Board along with HCF staff and community partners:

  • Ensures that HCF projects and activities align with the organization's mission and purposes
  • Informs staff of future trends in Board members' respective area of expertise and healthcare workforce development in general
  • Shares new ideas for applicable projects for which need exists
  • Promotes HCF (and its projects) in Southwestern Pennsylvania and beyond
