Board of Directors

The Board of Directors guides Health Careers Futures' (HCF) strategic direction and advances its mission of aligning the supply and demand of regional healthcare workers. Board members are drawn from the healthcare workforce and industry sectors, as well as from regional non-profit organizations and training providers.

The Board, along with HCF staff and community partners:

• Ensures that HCF projects and activities align with the organization's mission and purposes
• Informs staff of future trends in Board members' area of expertise and healthcare workforce development
• Shares new ideas for applicable projects for which need exists
• Promotes HCF (and its projects) in southwestern Pennsylvania and beyond
