Toolkit Technical Assistance Managers work with diverse workforce development organizations – including high schools, legislative offices, job placement facilities, training providers, and employers - to coordinate training in and distribution of Toolkits to workforce-related staff. Organizations’ staff members use the Toolkit to provide comprehensive career literacy and clarification of how to access and navigate the healthcare workforce system.

Health Careers Toolkit Project partners:

• receive face-to-face training in Toolkit use
• receive continuing assistance from Toolkit Technical Assistance Managers
• track number many clients counseled via the Toolkit
• participate in quarterly project evaluations
