Health Careers Toolkit

The Health Careers Toolkit project develops and distributes a series of Health Careers Toolkits for use in organizations feeding Allegheny and Fayette Counties' health workforce pipelines. The Toolkits are provided in hard copy and electronically. Toolkit components focus on high vacancy healthcare fields. Local public and private organizations throughout the counties may use the Toolkit to complement their career and workforce development initiatives. For clients, the Toolkit is clarifying access and navigation among workforce training and development and gives greater career literacy and exposure to opportunities in the regional healthcare industry.

This project was funded by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, the Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation, and the Jewish Healthcare Foundation.
