I-WISE Facilitator Training

Thank you for participating in the Incumbent Worker Investment and Skills Enhancement (I-WISE) Train-the-Facilitator program – an essential component in building organizational capacity for soft skills and process improvement training. To be eligible for this program, you must have completed, at the managerial or frontline level, all I- WISE courses. Training materials are available on the internet to allow facilitators to have access to consistent and relevant materials that can be used anywhere at any time.

Train-the-Facilitator program consists of four sessions on instruction of training modules. Program participants’ must complete four days of training in order to be certified to train I-WISE modules.
